We have Officially Moved Into Our New Warehouse at Atlantic Hills Business Park!
We are thrilled to announce that Lluvia Sugar Distributors has officially relocated to our brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse at 46 Bommelhoek Road, Atlantic Hills Business Park in Cape Town! This milestone marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our business as we continue to grow and innovate in the trading, packaging, and distribution of agricultural commodities.
This journey began seven months ago with a successful sod-turning ceremony hosted by Abcon Developments, in partnership with Redefine Properties and Nedbank, to welcome us as the new tenants of this premier business park. The construction process has been a collaborative triumph, with Struxit Projects leading the structural and civil works and delivering a facility tailored to our needs.
A month ago, we marked the progress of this incredible journey during a memorable roof-wetting event, celebrating alongside our collaborators and partners. It was an excellent opportunity to reflect on the progress and to express our gratitude for the hard work and dedication of everyone involved.

A 13,063m² warehouse was completed with practical perfection by mid-November 2024, following months of dedicated effort by a highly skilled and passionate team. Lluvia is now one of the new tenants occupying a space alongside others in this enormous warehouse.
We are excited to be back in full production from December 2024, operating from a 13,063m² warehouse designed to enhance efficiency, expand capacity, and better serve our customers.
